Why does PvP feel even worse?!
I haven’t played in about 6 or so months so I know I’m washed and rusty and it’s probably a skill issue, but PvP just doesn’t feel fun. Even when I win it doesn’t feel enjoyable. I’m here for the Shader and some last minute loot before Lightfall but it just feels so draining

“Here for the shader” suggests you’re playing this fortress version of iron banner. It’s a pure trash game mode, which explains why you aren’t having fun 🤣

It's bumgie, it only gets worse. Crossplay doesn't work, they don't know how to make teams or ranking systems, etc. Balance is bungie's cryptonite. -
-SBMM has been brought back, that's hurt the game quite a bit regardless of what people want to think. -Giant maps people don't want are flooding the game making a pulse rifle meta full of team shooting. -This Iron Banner is the slowest game mode outside of Rift and people hate D2 rift as well because it's just not as good as D1 rift. -Rift came back but its really bad. The game stops every time a team get a dunk and resets which slows the game down. Then they put it in comp and make it more likely to appear for some stupid reason. Very few are enjoying 3v3 rift on gigantic maps but Bungie won't notice the feedback about that game mode for a year or 2. Just in general PvP has been losing numbers pretty quickly and starting earlier in every season, especially this season. These changes were meant to bring in more players but everyone is leaving instead, including dedicated players.

1 ReplyI have been played since D1, this is by far the worst state PvP has ever been in. I guess the beginning of D2 was also bad, but I wasn’t here for that.

This game mode for Iron Banner is boring. It's on the same level as last season's.

Because pvp will always be on fire, no matter how big or how small it is there is a fire somewhere when pvp is involved.

1 ReplyNormal players stop playing ATM. It's almost end of the season... The only ppl that play PvP right now are sweats that don't miss single bullet or cheaters that don't miss either. Also pulses and scouts that kill you from other side of the map come back... + Stacks of overshielded unkillable titans and invi hunters. Poor me warlock main.

1 ReplyOh hats because everyone doing the same thing Hide,spam ability ,repeat Quick play is being infested by tryhards upon every skill group People thinking their KD in quick play is something to show off when all the do us camp in their own spawn But honestly this goes beyond destiny ....most PvP games are like that nowadays ....bunch of kids thinking they are the next shroud ....when in reality they are the next wings of redemption

The sand box is in disarray and too many things are over powered. The game modes aren't good that they are adding besides fortress or eruption because of these things. One game mode is actual awful and they have to refuse to get rid of it. As it be rift in Comp. There's a lot of changes and server stability is at a all time low.
