If I suspected a recovery or carry that ruined a game or something, just report for sabotage and exploit...
If players want to spend £20+ for these services, then that's their problem, I personally would rather spend my money else where...
If I wanted loot from raids, dungeons, trials, etc, I'll just set up a LFG or look elsewhere for help such as Discord.
I'm pretty certain that ive seen some services provide a "we will complete [x] activity for you" and get banned for it...
(Goes against guidelines if sharing account details, especially for "boost" services I think, don't use these services, so I have no clue tbh)

A lot of those services use cheats to make things go faster.

Players who do resort to using these services just ruin the game for others.. I'd rather improve through loss than resort to these services... Cheating ruins games as is too, so to add boosting and carries on top? Complete D-bag move, just try again or just stop attempting, simple... Remember a time when trials was just sweats and pros resetting to 'ruin' other players' chance for flawless like a year ago, but simple solution? Don't play.... i think they soon stopped, becomes boring when there's no ones' game to ruin. (Rarely play trials anyway,so I could be mistaken). Basically, there's never a plausable or acceptable reason to cheat, and/or use boost, carry and other similar services... (Saying that however, I have seen streamers offer carries, but its somewhat different, players need to actually try or have skill, but again, haven't used anything like that so no clue)

I will admit that I used to have a friend play trials for me. Mainly wanted weapons/armor for the collections and the pinnacles. Although I was always a decent crucible player, I couldn’t compete in trials. I never felt that the recovs would ruin someone’s experience. I wouldn’t go in just to get stomped, I just wouldn’t play it at all. That person who played for me would still be playing trials, just on their own account. You would still play against, and lose to, that player. It would simply be a different name on the screen. I feel like peoples ego’s were hurt because they lost to a guy whose account showed them as a 1.5 overall ka/d in quick play.

If a player was a .5 kd in quickplay, but suddenly jumped up to a 4.0 kd in trials, that's when there's something up, and sometimes a tell tale sign of boosts or cheating of some kind. Same could be said with match efficiency(?), if a player rarely wins on a regular basis, but is suddenly able to win every match, that would likely be looked I to as well... I could be wrong, and I guess sharing account with people you know isn't exactly cheating per say in my opinion. Personally wouldn't even consider using boost or carry services, if a player I knew said "we need a third for trials" and we get flawless, then I guess it was good timing, good luck and good gaming and communication. Same for if someone invited me for a raid, not exactly being carried through but I would learn what I can from them. One thing I do hate is LFG's with "must have [x] kd or kick" yet the person who set it up doesn't have the KD they state players require... Personally don't bother with them, I just find it comical at how hypocritical LFG's can be at times..
