The crucible gear is extra rewards.
If they took it away, you'll still get the same amount of iron banner rewards.
You're not asking for them to stop giving you crucible gear, you're asking for them to increase the drop rate of iron banner gear.

But it really isn't. I'm only getting IB gear one out of 3 to 4 matches.

I'm not really sure what you mean. They're 2 separate drops, at the end of a match you get a chance at iron banner gear and you get a chance at regular crucible gear. 1 drop doesn't affect the other.

I mean that crucible gear is still the main reward of IB, whereas IB gear should be the main reward. Atm, the blowouts we're getting are not extra, they represent 75% of the drops.

They are extra. You have a chance at crucible gear at the end of the match and you have a chance at ib gear. You can get both. It's 2 rolls of a dice.
