Wellspring isn't counting completions.
after completing the wellspring you arent awarded and gear or completion.

Worked for me on Monday, but yeah, ran two Tuesday night and got nothing but an empty chest at the end. No reward drops or loot from the box, just went straight to mission end countdown. Nothing at postmaster either.
