The most ridiculous part about it is that character customization is already in the game. You just can’t access it after you confirm your initial look. The fact we STILL can’t change appearance is pure laziness on Bungo’s part.
That or they’re still trying to figure out how much they wanna charge you for a basic feature

And they would have to change the game to allow for people to change it frequently instead of only once at character creation. So yeah, it would be a waste of resources especially since your character can only show their face in the Tower.

Bungo added sparrows to mercury only to get rid of mercury months later. You're claims of it being some big resource sink to allow us to access an existing feature are just flat out silly. The only things clear here are bungie can't be bothered with the simplest of QoL changes, and that you lack critical thinking skills...Or basic thinking skills. This is the same company that cant even copy/paste without breaking the game. And Bungie ignores most people that actually matter, which is why they havent had a big W in years. This is hands down one of the dumbest comments I've ever seen on these forums. Sparrows are a core part of the gameplay loop, character customization isn't. It's not a QoL change because 99% of the time nobody will see your character's face anyway. You really shouldn't insult other people's intelligence if you're going to make utterly asinine comments like this. People asking for Bungie to change things so you can change your character's face deserve to be ignored. And again, the fact that you think it would take little effort to make something that is only done once into something that can be done as often as you want really shows how you have absolutely no education on game design. Again, a piece of the game that is meant to be used ONCE per character. They would need to alter code making it so it can be accessed ALL THE TIME.
