Hi, just wanted to follow up on a few clarifications. Please note that Bungie name changes are directly enforced by Bungie's designated team and Forum Mentors and Forum Ninjas have no power assigning these specific restrictions.

If your case is closed immediately, it means that it's resolved and there is no further action to take. Also, there is no "ticket form" for Name Changes specifically. So what that means is you're submitting a ticket for the incorrect item and it's being ignored because it's being submitted incorrectly - Bungie doesn't have a direct contact for Name Changes. Further submissions may result in your account being restricted or banned as stated on all ticket submission pages.
Unless Bungie announces something in the future, you name is going to be stuck as is. And even IF they announced something, you now have a restriction or flag on your account, which could be ineligible. There isn't anything else to be done.

And the moment after it was changed to this random Username, this was not the help I asked for. That's what I mean that it doesn't feel right, this was not what I wanted, and did not agreed with, even if the terms of service says I gave permission, it was done without warning or something to let me know this would be the outcome. If it had a warning I would have cancel it! It hurts so much that after so much time, and money, invested to the game and I can't have a username of mine anymore. Again, thank you for your time.
