Last night after completing 3 encounters with the last boss (Persys), I was elated to discover that I had finally acquired the much coveted and needlessly elusive cowboy hat. It was of course a garbage stat roll, but that was not an issue because to my knowledge I had unlocked the option to unlock it as a cosmetic item and immediately dismantled it. Unfortunately for some reason it had not appeared on the tab of unlockable cosmetic helms, and even more has still not appeared on the row of recently acquired items in the player menu at the time of writing this. Is this a known issue? Honestly the timing of this issue before Lightfall, the effort/time investment into getting the helmet, and the serotonin rush felt when I looted the cowboy hat, really feels like a slap in the face.
