I'm a returning player just started to play again like a day ago. I don't know what caused this but I am stuck on the quest A Spark of Hope and it is telling me to find Devrim Kay in the EDZ but I am unable to travel there. Is there something I am missing maybe a quest to do or something to unlock it. It has stopped me from doing the defiant bounties as I need to go to the EDZ. If there is something to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
