Hi, I purchased the pre order for the latest expansion a few mo tha ago. When I logged in it started like normal, but now in order to continue it is prompting me to purchase the annual pass? I thought I already did this. I even received the early gear exotics and all that. And the purchase still shows on my Xbox. I left it alone hoping it would be fixed as I figured this wasn’t only a me issue. It still has not been. what do I need to do to be able to play again?
