Thank you for your prompt response, what will we see visually when we know the ticket has at least been seen?

I do not have any information regarding that. Please note that the only exception to this is the Ban Appeal tickets. As mentioned in the ban appeal article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.

Not meaning to carry on when you've answered my question, but does that mean that even the ticket will just be left there set to "Open"? They won't even close the ticket for ban appeals they reject?
