Trying to figure out how to play PvP with my console friends while me being on pc, yet still getting into controller lobbies. I have a controller plugged into the pc, but it still looks like the game thinks I am on Mn&K. When you take it from the other side, Xbox players can just plug in Mn&K while being viewed as console with a controller. The matchmaking should be instead based on input devices and lock other devices in the meantime. I even think it was a feature at a time when I couldn't use Mn&K when I went into Crucible. This is no longer a thing, I guess? Or perhaps never was. Can someone give me a proper explanation, please? Or maybe even fixing this issue. That would be an amazing and healthy change for PVP.

Edited by BraddyBo: 3/17/2023 10:41:25 PMThere are 2 pools: -Console -PC (including mixed console/pc fireteams) Input does not matter in regards to matchmaking. M&k on console isn’t natively supported only controller can be used (unless you are a cheater).
