The simplified Chinese localisation team needs to have a slap on the wrist. The QA is virtually non-existent. The amount of mistranslation is hindering players ability to properly understand the game. Take the most recent Hotfix as an example: Hotfix 7.0.0.5
The English patch notes clearly state:
Titans: The bonus to Glaive melee damage granted by Exotic Synthoceps gauntlets has been reduced against both combatants and enemy Guardians.
However, the simplified Chinese patch notes omit Glaive, stating that all bonus melee damage against enemy guardians and combatants while using Synthoceps has been reduced.
泰坦:面对战斗人员和敌方守护者时,异域合成感受器臂铠对近战伤害的加成均有所降低。
I'm a big advocator about this issue in the Chinese community, but cuz of the language barrier these feedback rarely reach Bungie Devs and little has been done to correct these problems. The mistranslated Void 3.0 fragments description has lasted more than 1 year now, no corrections whatsoever.
We desperately need actions to be taken, or at least a more efficient way to offer feedback directly to the localisation team.

Only solution would be to have a fluent speaker write a twab for each version which is extremely expensive for no reason
