Cross save
I need help. Is there any way I can unlink my ps4 account off my cross save and add my other one because my old ps4 account got banned and I can’t remove it because they don’t let me sign into the ps account . I can provide verification that it’s me so customer service or tech support can help me

It is stuck that way forever. Nothing can be done.

Bungie will not forcibly unlink an account, and banned accounts cannot be removed from a cross-save setup.

As banned accounts cannot be authenticated, and all aspects of cross-save require authentication of accounts; your cross-save setup will remain in its current state permanently.
