Bungie please fix asap!
As a player that’s put in 250hrs in the past two weeks this has been the biggest detriment to me making it to late game

you have to unlock them in your guardian ranks i beleive rank 5 or 6

its not buged you just dont understand how to unlock things if you youtube it your answer is found this is the internet you can easily find answers there i looked up ur issue and its your guardian rank all mods are unlocked after you do the mission for the guardian rank

They fixed it finally in the hot fix!!!

Bruh... returning players such as myself have forced to start the next expansion at guardian level 6, which means most of my mods can not be obtainable by rank upgrades. And one of my friend still got lvl 5 and can't get any drops from world activity with 100+ hours into lightfall.
