Is this in reference to the weekly score challenge?
If so, it is over multiple runs. No need to stress yourself with one run - of course you [i]could[/i] do that if desired, but it’s not needed.
Noted, this is for Rank 9.

No it's in a single run. It specifies to complete a master nightfall with 200k. We had to revive farm for 7 minutes to get enough points on the new strike. In fact I think there's only 2 strikes that it's possible without farming revives. It's not cumulative because we were consistently finishing with 180k + and it took like 6 or 6 runs to perfect our speed and farming. I think it capped at 186k if you killed every enemy and finished before losing points at 30 minutes. It's infuriating that 90% of the strikes can't actually grant enough points to legitimately complete the rank 9 task

Someone below mentioned the same. Fairly disappointing that running it on the highest difficulty (I consider Gms to be separate) doesn’t guarantee this when you get platinum.

Well especially when it says on MASTER get 200k. Like mf it isn't even possible wtf? Bungie is bungie though.

It took me 6 tries but I finally got it.

For guardian rank 9, you need a 200k master nightfall run, and none of the strikes so far have enough enemies to hit that threshold, so you need to continuously die and farm revives to complete the objective.

Ah - have we been through all the nightfalls yet? If so, and all are thoroughly difficult through normal play, that’s fairly pathetic design.

We haven’t had glassway or lake of shadows. I imagine glassway has a chance of being possible without farming, but if not, it’ll be possible to hit 200k from a grandmaster later in the season, which is a bit silly seeing as it should be possible on master.

I feel as though it should be fairly standard for a master level run to hit the higher score tiers.
