Root of Nighmares Orbs sometimes dont reenable.
I've had this multiple times, sometimes after you complete a set of orbs in Scission, the orbs don't reactivate so you cannot get the buff to kill the shielded enemies. Also, knocking them off makes them respawn so it makes the encounter impossible at the time. This can ruin a flawless run since The Colony being able to kill them was patched.
