Levi is free content, free to play players could go there at any point. Nearly anytime there's been reissued content we've gotten it for free. So unfortunately that argument doesn't hold much here. I'm all for criticizing big companies and scummy practices but let's at least be factually correct.

Oh, I'm not disagreeing with what you said. Just pointing out the reissued Leviathan wasn't paid content.
