there is no algorithm. they match you with like ping based connection

Fireteam size, skill and connection are the 3 parameters within matchmaking. Nothing has full priority over the other, everything has set limits on how far the gap/radius can go based on queue time.

they have stated in just about every twab that it has been p2p since shadow keep and not skill based they have tried a skill based system, and it fails every time. Why do they always state that they are trying to maintain player stability, but they are never about the player skill system. the last one was at the beginning of which queen. but then they were down for 3 days to remove it. It was connecting players all around the world while disregarding connection. Edited by BraddyBo: 3/26/2023 7:55:00 PMThe way I explained it is exactly how it works right now in ib/qp/comp, these 3 modes are the only ones that factor in skill. Rotator is fireteam/connection based, rumble is pure connection, trials is passage/fireteam/connection based (+pool on sun/mon).
