Frame Drops - PVE + PVP - Re-install not helping for long

Hey Bungie team, I have started to notice framerate drops that lead to a very uneven game experience. PVP is where I started noticing it the most due to how the drops were throwing off timing with my engagements, but then it persisted into PVE where I noticed these micro drops in FPS that feel like someone hitting "PAUSE" then play again really quick; it's odd. The only remedy at the moment seems to be uninstalling the game and then doing the requisite steps of reinstalling it on Steam. Here's the odd part; I have been commenting on another post in this help section pertaining to the same issue and the reinstall only seems to help briefly..... The game will go back to stuttering and feeling like it's off in what feels like 24 hours or less. This is what happened Thursday evening, so I did what I wrote above, and then as soon as I booted the game yesterday afternoon that frame drop issue was back again when it had seemingly vanished the night before. Pardon the redundancy in yet another post noting PC performance issues, but it's really starting to make it hard to play the game, especially on the new PC that I just had built. Any guidance on the matter would be much appreciated; thank you! ***Important note: These issues were not present last season; I received this new computer towards the end of said season and was able to play D2 without these frame drops being present; I'm not sure what to say here. Naturally, I share all this with immense respect for the work your team does, but at least on my end, this is a new issue that emerged with Light Fall. No other games on my PC are experiencing this frame drop issue either; I was playing Forza with some friends Thursday evening after the D2 servers temporarily went down and that was a smooth experience with Ray Tracing cranked all the way up. Here are the specs if this helps at all: *Windows 10 Intel Core i7-13700k Processor ROG Strix GeForce RTX® 4090 OC Edition 24GB GDDR6X Mushkin Enhanced Pilot-E M.2 2280 1TB PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe 1.3 3D TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MKNSSDPE1TB-D8 × 2 MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR5 LGA 1700 Intel Z790 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Motherboard CORSAIR Dominator Platinum RGB 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin DDR5 SDRAM DDR5 5200 (PC5 41600) Intel XMP 3.0 Desktop Memory Model Seasonic PRIME 1300W 80+ Gold Power Supply, Full Modular

I will keep a journal in this particular comment / reply to log any changes: Update 1 - SAT 3/25: Currently playing Spire of The Watcher for this week's pinnacle; no performance issues. The re-install seems to be working for the moment; prior to this I was able to run a number of Defiant Battlegrounds where there were no frame drops.
