Bungie some how thought increasing the cool down of duskfeild by 45% was the way to go for a fringe subclass. I hope Bungie's data shows this was too heavy handed adjustment. It should be 20%, thats what every other ability for every class was nerf'd by. [i][b]But again some how Bungie landed on ~50% increased cooldown...[/b][/i] [spoiler]& yes ~50% is the same as 45%, at-least to bungie. They have(very often) used the term "efficacy" and "~" to hide or shift focus from values equal or greater then +/-5% in TWABS & tweets. If you got an issue with my rounding you got an issue with Bungie.[/spoiler]
