Christ yes, this! I have something like 20 1810 energy weapons and can't get my armor there. I have one character that finally maxed to hard cap. Today on my titan both pinnacles dropped to the mark slot, which I already have. That ONE armor slot, that's it. Four others that don't get upgrades.
