Those constant changes irritate me too. I still like the game but i never played a game where reading the weekly TWAB was so important. I gave up doing that. About the streamers: most, at least some of them, ask for something: then they get it but immediatly turn their back @ Bungie cause they don't like it. If i was Bungie i gave up on them. An elite player base can be good for a game. True. But most players are not elite. Many players just play a couple of hours a day, a week sometimes, to relax after a hard day of work. They can't expect people to see "playing a game" as work. Cause many people feel it that way now. And its just common addiction. No need to call it fancy names. Lol.

i usually notice when things start to fall apart. i saw tiny cracks with the introduction of beyond light thats when story began to fall aparr already. too many changes in direction means they are just making it up as they go. trying to please everyone (especially streamers) at the expense of loyal players who actually enjoyed playing this game. Fanbois claim this is a basic looter shooter and to expect a good story from it was complete nonsense. that itsself is a big red flag showing that the game indeed turned into a cheap looter shooter from a great game with great storyline. also remember that during the peak of their virtue signaling wokeness bungie fired all the "offensive" "rockstar" employees and hired bunch of women who had no imagination beyond adding woke content into the game. that happened exactly before release of beyond light. and from then on the decline of this franchise was rather obvious to me. Because as we all know from the fall of hollywood, woke people have no imagination. They cant come up with original content because original content might be offensive and politically incorrect and their brains are simply not wired for that.
