Difference back then tho was we had stuff to even it out. Now with the way destiny's going bungies genius idea is to lower us down to try and provide a challenge.

To be fair back in those days the games were 2D and either side scrollers or top downs, things get a bit more difficult when they become first person and you're fighting in a 3D world

Sure, if you don't mind half your playerbase leaving. I am pretty sure Bungie didn't want that.

Always remember just because people are saying there living does not mean there leaving the game. There will always be a big fan base for this types of game and people will leave and then come back and the cycle repeats. Trust me bungie ain’t losing nothing.

Ah, those were the days. The only access to game help was 800 numbers and monthly video game magazines. Now, a few simple keystrokes and you can find information on nearly every aspect of any game out today. Damn youngsters have things too easy, LOL!

So? Beoke a controller because of Ninja Gaiden and never looked back. Games have difficulty settings for a reason. I am absolutely not interested in being "on" all the time, it is equal parts boring and stressful. I play this to relax and kill time. When I want to do challenging stuff, I squad up with my clan. FOH with this elitist trash. They stopped making most games like that for a reason.

No they add the option because the audience of gaming changed gamer become weaker at video games and there attention span shortened. That’s why it was add also marketing. I miss the old gaming where u did not get to choose u ether adapted or u just did not play it
