WinterBite Glaive has killed me multiple time. If you shoot it and it detonates immediately, it will kill you. It's happened a couple of times so far. I'm on Xbox, if it matters. It shouldn't kill you, it's supposed to Freeze Enemies. Here's a video showing it in the last time before I stopped using it. https://youtu.be/V3eqUkm4kRc It seems similar to that old Bug with the Eyes of Tomorrow Rocket Launcher, the shot comes out and immediately detonates killing the user.
