Tying it to rank is just kind of insulting and doesn’t show the investment I’ve already made into this game for years.

You just did. There is not point. It's there for these idiots that have to prove themselves to other players. I have nothing to prove and don't care what other players think about me. Its a GAME. No real life aspect.
