First started encountering this issue during last week's IB, specifically when Bungie pushed the server end update to fix the missing Weekly Challenge. Since then I frequently ran into this issue, screen went black after crucible matches ended. received the drop and everything fine but couldn't commend anyone, also it takes a pretty long time to launch me back into orbit, which is pretty annoying.
