As a "customer" I am writing to complain about a "bad experience" I had playing Destiny 2. You should be striving to prevent "bad experiences" so this is why I'm providing this feedback. Through the grape-vine, I was aware that there was a 200K single-run master nightfall triumph for a future guardian rank-up requirement. On Monday of this week, before reset, I was very close to completing the Rank 8 requirements but had not done so yet. I did the Arms dealer nightfall several times on master and was able to get the 200k score in a single run. Yesterday, I was able to complete my Rank 8 requirements and ranked up. When the Rank 9 triumphs became available, almost all of the triumphs autocompleted as they were retro-active for stuff I had already completed. Do you know what did not "retroactively" give any credit? #1 - Complete a master nightfall (This was completed on Monday) #2 - Complete a master nightfall with a team score of 200k (This was completed on Monday) #3 - Give 50 commendations after raids and dungeons. For number 3, I'm not sure if I had given out 50 after a raid or not yet, but I definitely have given out way more than ZERO. It's not the end of the world, but it feels really bad when a bunch of stuff was retroactive, and then just for what seems like "no reason" several of the more annoying to complete objectives were in-fact, not retroactive. If this is intended, then please find some way to indicate to us which triumphs are and are not retroactive so we do not waste our time doing things that wont even count. I would not have wasted my time trying to get the 200K last week if I knew this was going to happen.
