Friends name got falsely flagged and forcibly changed.
My friend just linked her ps4 account and steam account and in doing so her name got forcibly changed to Gaurdian####, even though it did not break any of bungies naming guidelines. We are unsure how to even approach resolving this and would love some feedback on how to fix this, currently it will not let her change her name.

If the name was auto-Guardian'd upon logging in, and it has not been manually changed, then your friend should still have the one-time name change available. The name would have been auto-Guardian'd if it wasn't acceptable to the filter that Bungie is using. As such, your friend will have to choose a different name than their platform name, even if the suggestions is suggesting that platform name (the suggestions just suggest the platform names, even if they're not acceptable).
