SHADER MENU FAVORITES FILTER

Is it possible to add a filter to the shaders menu or at least apply favorites to shaders, wheres favorites move to the first page? Going through 13+ pages of shaders and sometimes losing track of where your favorite ones are because eventually new shaders shift them to different columns/pages can be a real hastle and somewhat time-consuming.

  • A couple years ago, there’s a gamer here who suggested something similar and awesome about this. That’s a couple years ago. And still it wasn’t implemented. They are probably not gonna overdeliver something like this in the game anymore. It’s almost like anything that is good or better for you is an insta-kill.🤣 Next time, suggest something about how to extend playtime in their hamster wheel game. Or maybe new ways to make the red bar enemies unkillable.🤣 These guys are a one trick pony.🤣

  • It won't happen because that would cut down on play time. The more time you spend searching through the vast array of uselessness, the more Bungie can say hey mr/mrs investor look how long the average player plays, now write me another check.

    • There is also the issue of once you max out a number of shaders, some will fall off (can't be seen on the game menu). Apparently the only work around is to use the official Bungie app to apply them. That needs to be talked about too.

      • Players: Bungie, we want to be able to organize our shaders so that we can find the ones we like in the sea of -blam!-. Bungie: U want a insulting story that doesn't make sense and for everything to feel like shaving your mound with rusty scissors and hot sauce?! Players: No, we just told you we wa Bungie: OKAY LETS MAKE SOME TRASH!

      • It would be nice if they gave shaders to the people who completed the leviathan raid that had the shader previously, but lost have it after shader collections were added

        • Instead of wasting development on commendations Bungie should have put effort into providing a method to manage shaders, emotes, and finishers.

        • Better yet, give us a search bar. I know the name of a lot of shaders, but I can never find them by their image alone.

          • LONG TIME AGO IN A GALAXY FAR AWAY... Bunghole had a filter in place then they removed it. Sort was Newest, Rarest, forgot the last. Here is an idea: Newest Rarest Oldest Alphabetized GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

            • Bumpity bump bump to the front! I will accept being able to store them in collections as a sub tab of flair as a second choice.

            • Even just making sure they were organized by the season they came out would be okay for me. It already mostly does this but there are a few shaders that get put with different seasons for some strange reason. But I am not opposed to a favorite system. If they are capable of adding filters being able to sort by colours would be nice too.

            • If it’s fun and effective, Bungie doesn’t want you to have it. An easy way to get to one of dozens of something would be effective and efficient. This would be over delivering. That’s not something Bungie is prepared to do.

            • Imagine. Filter by season, a favorites system, a random system.
