it does eventually load you into the queue and the wheel comes up. waiting a while and hitting B / whatever your exit queue keybind is usually does the trick... i have no idea what "a while" actually is tho, i just putz around in my inventory or appearance till im bored then try coming back to the glitched screen and hit B
