There are ways to move even faster than speed booster that do not require buffs like speed booster does, such as shoulder charge, glide, or hunter head-bump spam. All this would do to PvP is give more of a reason to use arc, as it is very rarely used currently

Im mostly talking about strafe speed, that'd be way too strong -

Oh. I don't think so. It would shrimply add another movement technique (which should always be the goal with Arc), moving side to side instead of crouching to avoid shots
