I have solo flawlessly spire of the watcher and I did not get the triumph. Midway through the second encounter, I was going through a "contacting destiny servers" and I was black-screened with an error code bee. I fortunately did not lag out and was still in the dungeon. when I beat the final boss, the triumph did not count for me, but on dungeon report, it says I have solo flawless it with a green dot. Is there a way to fix this issue?
