EDIT:
Official BattlEye page https://www.battleye.com/support/faq/:
Recently Microsoft has started to ask Windows 11 users to enable this security feature and if they do so it will cause the BE driver to be unable to load. Due to the complexities involved in security software unfortunately many kernel-level anti-cheats, including BE, are not compatible with this feature yet. While we are working on finding a solution and are also in contact with Microsoft regarding this issue, unfortunately there is no easy or immediate fix for it.
Therefore, for the time being, users will have to revert enabling this security feature using one of the following ways:
Click the “Disable” button in the Windows popup and reboot your system.
Open the Start menu and enter “Core isolation” in the search bar to open the related Windows Defender settings. In the “Windows Security” window switch the option called “Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection” to “Off”, then reboot your system.
Afterwards you should be able to play BE-protected games again.
Do it at your risk -- it is NOT recommended to disable Windows security settings just because some spyware tells you to!
@Bungie -- you choose and paid for this piece of ... -- it's on YOU to force BE to fix this mess. Until then it's only fair to offer full refunds for LF to customers that cannot use products they bought anymore due to your action (or inaction).

The BEDaisy service failed to start due to the following error:

What's happening here?
Steam/Win 11 with default security setup, no third-party AV.
Removed and did file verify and ran "Uninstall_BattlEye.bat" to force uninstall and reinstall on the next D2 start without success.
Any next steps? Disabling Win11 security options is NOT an option -- fix your ***ware instead.

Edited by Alexandrite: 4/24/2023 5:52:55 PMHello Bungie. As I can read in the comments too, this idi0tic problem is still an issue that I suffer from as well. Why should I turn off my security just for the sake of a trash anticheat that you can always change and you choose to ignore instead? The game is great! I bought all the expansions without a second thought. But why do you not focus on this problem at all? Uninstalling BattleEye is not an option! I did it and the game tells me to install it back!
