I don't think The Witness really wants to kill us

When it obtains the Final Shape, our elimination may be a result of whatever plans it has, but overall, I don't think it actively wants to kill us. Think about it: It reduced us to what we are/what we have during our Golden Age. It only actually attacked those who tried to attack it. (RIP OG Guardians) It had/has an entire fleet of Pyramid ships and who knows what was/is lying in wait inside them. A mass army of Hive (Including Xivu Arath), Scorn and Taken under it's command. Not to mention the fact it could kill 3 Guardians, their Ghosts and their ships with a flick of it's wrist. And who knows what other tricks The Witness has up it's sleeve. If The Witness TRULY wanted to destroy us, it could do it. Those are my thoughts anyway. What are yours?

We are on the side of light and we are our own heros, and in our opinion the Witness is evil he is attacking the traveler and caused the collapes From his perspective, he is doing what the Sword Logic does, its killing the weak before they have a chance to suffer. The collapse was good in his view of the Universe while death is bad for us the Darkness isn’t concerned with Life. And us trying to stop him makes us the Villain in his eyes Its all a matter of perspective, imo i dont think he cares about us living or dying other than the weak. I believe he’s simply trying to remove the traveler and lights influence in the Universe. While he isn’t the Winnower, the Winnower fought with the Gardener because the Gardener wanted to interfere in the Flower game (a simulated universe) and have a different shape appear (this can make us think the final shape is something that can only happen if the light is gone and is always inevitable like entropy or death), so it would make sense if he made it his own quest to stop the Light from interfering with the Universe.
