30th Anniversary wasn't free, and "free to play" players can't play any of the content, except Dares of Eternity.

IIRC, th only "content" f2p didn't get access to was grasp of avarice and the ghorn quest. What we paid for in 30th anniversary was the dungeon, ghorn, and the chests in the hoard room
