Be glad they haven't went up like everything else has over the last 20 years or we would be paying $120 for a base game and $100 for Expansion and $20 for a and $25 for a season. The way gamers think everything should be free or close to it someone flipping burgers at McDonalds is going to make more money than a game developer because people would rather [ay $10 for some nasty fast food than give a game company a fair price for their product and in to days economy what we pay ISN'T even close to a fair price. I was partnered with someone doing lawncare and with the price increases we got on what we use we had to double our prices over the course of the last 3 years and even doing that we were making less money than before the price hikes and told everyone we were going to have to raise prices again. they ALL canceled us so we shut it down. 2 weeks later every one of them called us back because even with our increased prices we were still cheaper. Hd to tell them we were no longer in business since they all cancelled and to enjoy their prices they are stuck with.

Yet those companies make record profits. It’s not all the cost of labor greed plays a huge part.
