I’m confused. Doesn’t mobility currently behave this way? I benefit from low mobility with my warlock because higher tiers mess with the glide ability

However due to things like exotics and abilities like shoulder charge, this gets bypassed and makes mobility, out of the 3, a stat that is ignored. I cant count how many times an arc titan with 20 mobility and just 1 fragment bypasses any point of the stat existing.
