This Miniboss knocked me out of the Map in Nightfall
The Tormentor in the Nightfall (Guardian Games) Was trying to use his melee, but I was backing off and he knocked me through the wall and out of the Map.

Have you played Hypernet on GM where the balls kill you or a team mate in the boss room and your res spawns under the map... fun.
