I appreciate the response, however I have already sent a ticket once. An acknowledgement they even received the ticket would be nice but I have yet to receive one, not have I ever received any response to any enquiry I have ever made to the Bungie store. All times have resulted in a loss of sale. I appreciate this is not your fault, I just want to be able to reap the rewards of my hard work.

I understand your frustration, unfortunately, your situation is not one that can be assisted with the forums. Store support will have to assist you, their tickets are first come first served so depending on volume, it may be a bit before they can respond.

I guess I will send another, and hope this one reaches someone somewhere. Its frustration, because it's just this one reward, everything else is fine.
