I thought Bungie made it to where rng prioritizes loot you don’t have?
I’m doing last wish and the hand cannon will not drop. We literally ran it for hours and it didn’t drop once. It’s the only weapon I don’t have. Is that thing weighted differently compared to the other weapons?

They prioritise loot you have when it comes to levelling up… I am sure guns you use the most always drop least or with the worst perks
