Prime Gaming Rewards in Limbo?

Hello! I have issues claiming my June Amazon Prime Gaming Rewards. I've read/followed Bungie troubleshooting help guides but haven't had any luck. [quote]Prime Gaming support says, "The loot was claimed successfully, but it's still pending fulfillment by the game". Error: "Sorry, we’re unable to deliver this content....". I double-checked my "Partner Rewards" on Bungie.net, and no June Prime Rewards showed either. [/quote] I also completed all of Amazon's troubleshooting steps; they referred me back to Bungie #help.

  • I had the same problem for months. But the solution was quite weird. If you have any other items in the kiosk, claim them all out. If your problem is the same as mine, you'll see the newer stuff pop-up out of nowhere. Hope that works for you.

    • I have the same problem. I claimed every previous Destiny 2 Prime Gaming bundle without any issue. Now this new Ninja Vanish Exotic Emote Bundle says "Pending" in the "My Collection" menu of the Prime Gaming website. Rahool is not delivering it to me and it does not show up in my Destiny 2 partner rewards list. Even after refreshing, it's not there. I initated claim on the same account, same setup. I did not make changes anywhere. I can only re-iterate that I claimed all previous bundles successfully, so this new bundle has a glitch. I think this is most likely an issue on Bungie's side.
