Required content packs on PS4
I tried to get on to D2 this morning but it said I need to download packs 1-3, even tho I downloaded the game last night and played it without any issues. Any way to fix this?

So my version of this issue was resolved by deactivating my ps4 under device management in PlayStation.com, then reactivating the console from the console itself. For some reason my PS4 activation status was screwed up - on the console I couldn’t activate it or deactivate it, hence the PlayStation.com fix above.
