Unable to give recommendation after every activity (Vanguard, Crucible, ecc.)
Everytime i finish an aactivity i only see the leaderboard (for crucible) but not the one for giving recommendation. I tried moving with the arrow but nothing appens, is it normal?
The strange things is if one of my friend play with me he can give me reccomendation

Bungies suggestion is to load a raid and then go to orbit, it fixes it for most people but not everyone.
