Got an error code chicken now I have no data of any kind lost all three characters I got hundreds of hour logged is all hope lost can u guys get my stuff back what can be done please help

Same thing on my end been like this all day at least 12 hours now have no access to any of my characters data and am definitely on the correct account on all platforms
