SMS Validation - Code doesn't verify phone number

I have a verified email but I need to validate my cell phone to play Iron Banner. I am attempting to validate my account using SMS validation. I receive the text and re-input the code into the validation box. The page just refreshes and doesn't appear to process. This behavior occurred on Chrome (+incognito) and Edge (disabled Ad blocker on both).

I am having the same issue but on edge and without ad blocker as well have you found a solution yet? i haven't been able to find anything yet myself \
