My biggest issue so far is the Neptune challenge. Seems like the only thing that counts is public events. 10% for heroic and 4% normal.
Terminal Overload gives Silver Wings but doesn't count at all.

NEPTUNE AGAIN!? i just did my "First" bonfire bash...god help me, please tell me the story heroic farm is still there

I did one weekly story, match made one. It also gave 10%. Not sure if the higher versions will give more. I gave up on it for now, can't stand that place.
