My warlock is still broken after the reset thought getting rid of the quest would do it nope still have the stupid help pop up crap, oh and get this the quest cannot be required from eva lavante and note all my armor is kindled

You can reacquire it from the quest archive next to the tower postmaster. Hopefully that's helpful. It worked for me at least for the quarter blocked screen anyways. Good luck.
