Sunbracers is the one-size-fits-all build right now. The key components, aside from the obvious, are Heat Rises, Touch of Flame, Phoenix Dive and Ember of Empyrean. Incinerator Snap is the preferred melee and a Momentum Transfer mod is useful, but there rest can be up to preference. If you don't want that, then you can go all-in on support with Cenotaph and Div or Boots of the Assembler and Lumina. Dawn Chorus is also severely underrated if you want to build around that and Scorch.
