Efficient Angler - No progress at full meter
I was fishing tonight for quite a long time with a full Focused Fishing meter, easily 20-30 fish, but did not get progress towards Efficient Angler. Is there anything that should be done different?

Would be interesting to know if any of your 6 stats affects the Fishing. I only thought of that question a few weeks ago, but because I've not been fishing lately, kinda forgot to ask.
