So I haven't really seen many people talking about this so that is why I am writing this post.
I am one of the very few people that puts up with a lot of stuff not just in games but when I seen the hunter and titan getting brand new supers and the warlock (my main) getting a returning one from d1 but without its main part (self res), underwhelmed is an understatement. We have already had this subclass before? There is slight tweaks sure? But I just didn't feel as excited as I would have if it was something new. I just wanted to see if there were any other warlock mains out there that are feeling the same way as me because I haven't seen much written about this what I actually think is a big issue.
2 classes getting something new and 1 getting reprised really isn't fair in my opinion.
The warlock super looks like the best of the three, lol. It’s also plenty different than D1 radiant.

I can snap fingers aggressively, I’m happy with it.

I was just mega underwhelmed, throwing more grenades and melee just doesn't feel like a super that should be at the conclusion to the light and dark saga.

Star fire let you spam abilities and was the best build in the game until recently and is still honestly pretty good with the buff to ember of benevolence. This has a good chance of being better than the pre nerf star fire build. It’s D1 radiance of steroids.

I beg to differ. Solar is always about pouring out light, assisting teammate and creating pools of fire from witch you can assist yourself. This super just feels like a natural progression of this.

The way I'm looking at it is in terms of all of the other options available where does this subclass fit in? If we are running solar for high end content we will most often than not be using well of radiance, and I just can't see a situation where this subclass would be useful unless you're running strikes or patrol lmao

A lot of the time you only need 1 well and since 90% of pve is warlock's at this point you'll almost certainly have 3+ warlock's
